At Capital City Apparel Co., all of our products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns or offer refunds for reasons such as sizing preferences or changes of mind.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.


Issues With Your Order

If there is an issue with your order — including defects, damage, incorrect items, or concerns with quality — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will review the situation and work with you to make it right. In most cases, this may include a replacement at no additional cost.


Sizing & Product Selection

As all items are custom-produced, we recommend reviewing sizing charts and order details carefully before confirming your order.

If you are unsure about sizing or product selection, we are happy to help guide you prior to production.


Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
