Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.
4. Product Expectations
We strive to ensure all products meet high quality standards.
However:
- Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur
- Screen displays may not reflect exact colors
- Garment brands and materials may vary based on availability
5. Order Issues & Satisfaction
As outlined in our Returns & Order Satisfaction Policy, we do not accept traditional returns due to the custom nature of our products.
If there is an issue with your order (defect, damage, or incorrect item), you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement.
6. Delivery & Fulfillment
We offer free local delivery within the Ottawa area.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Order size
- Production timelines
- Product availability
We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside of our control.
